REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

We want you to be happy with your purchase from Everyday Choices. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may have the right to cancel, return or receive a refund in accordance with UK consumer law.
CANCELLATIONS
For most online purchases, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving a reason.
After telling us that you wish to cancel, you normally have a further 14 days to return the goods.

RETURNS
Products should be returned in an appropriate condition and, where reasonably possible, in their original packaging.
The customer may be responsible for the direct cost of returning an item where permitted by law, unless the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or we have agreed otherwise.

DAMAGED, FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please inspect your order when you receive it. If your item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact us at everydaychoices009@gmail.com as soon as possible.
Please provide your order number and, where possible, photographs of the issue.
We will work with you to provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with your legal rights.
REFUNDS
If you are entitled to a refund, we will process it in accordance with applicable UK law.
Refunds will normally be made using the original payment method.
Where required by law, we will refund the applicable standard delivery cost.
EXCEPTIONS
Some products may be excluded from cancellation rights where permitted by law, such as personalised goods, certain sealed goods that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons once opened, or other goods covered by legal exceptions.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a UK consumer.
